Our written reviews use a red, yellow and amber traffic light system to give you a clear understanding of what you need to be aware of in relation to your review:
We provide an email template in your review to allow you to negotiate changes with the Seller’s yourself - or - you can let us know what changes you want so we can correspond with the Seller’s Solicitor on your behalf.
After you receive your review, your Solicitor will be able to discuss any questions you have with the contract and assist you by making any changes to the recommendations as necessary.
Our verbal reviews give you up to one (1) hour on the phone with one of our Solicitors to go through the particulars of your contract in exact detail. You can ask as many questions as you want during this time and our recommendations will be tailored to your exact needs.
After the review we will provide you with a summary of the amendments we recommend to the contract so you can negotiate the changes yourself or let us know what you would like to proceed with so we can correspond with the Solicitor to organise the changes.
It is our role to scrutinize your contract, look for any red flags or items of concern, so that you can make an educated decision whether to proceed with buying the property or not. Getting a review before making an offer or bidding is the only time a Solicitor can give you actionable legal advice to reduce or eliminate risk.
